She has 35 years of work experience, which included 16 years in the hospitality industry. She was COO of Taj Hotels, India and a member of their management board. She is an MBA graduate from Faculty of Management Studies and attended executive program at Wharton School of Management, IMD Lausanne, and Harvard Business School.
