General Terms & Conditions


·          Check-in: 14:00 HRS, Check-out: 12:00 Noon.
·          Early Check-In & Late Check-out would attract an extra charge of an additional night.
·          The tariff is in Indian Rupees (INR); unless stated otherwise.
·          All disputes are subject to Bangalore jurisdiction.
·          Rates are non-commissionable.
·          Govt. Taxes will be charged EXTRA, as applicable.

Check in Documentation

  • INDIAN NATIONALS: As per Govt. of India regulations, all Indian nationals (adults & children) are required to provide a proof of identity (photo ID) such as Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar Card or Passport, at the time of check–in.
  • FOREIGN NATIONALS: All foreign nationals are required to produce their valid Passports and Visa, at the time of check in.

Occupancy Policy

·          Maximum occupancy per room is 3 people including adult or child.
·          Extra Bed / Roll Away Bed will be charged additionally.

Deposit & Cancellation Policy

Standard Policy (FIT):
·         The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 15 days before the arrival. The Hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.
·          Free cancellation, modification will be accepted up to 15 days before the Check-in.
·          50% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended atleast 7 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of arrival.
·          100% retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
·          Refunds will attract 10% of administrative charges.

Standard Policy (GROUP Bookings):
·         The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival. The Hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.
·          Free cancellation, modification will be accepted up to 30 days before the Check-in.
·          50% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended atleast 15 days before arrival. No refunds for cancellations made within 15 days of arrival.
·         100% retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
·          Refunds will attract 10% of administrative charges.

Force Majeure Clause:
Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall not charge retention for any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the guests, or that part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event. The Hotel reserves the right to request for a valid document on a case-to-case basis. ‘Niraamaya Retreats’, shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Niraamaya Retreats. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.

BILLING

·          PAN Card Copy to be produced in case of cash payments amounting INR 50,000 and above (For Indian Nationals).
·          Should your company wish to claim input tax credit, the GST number along with the corresponding address needs to be communicated to the Reservations Team at the time of booking. If this information is not provided prior to check-in, the hotel may not be able to amend invoices at a later stage.

Amendment of Policies: The Management reserves the right to add/ modify / amend any of the above terms, conditions, pricing and rules. The terms and conditions of this contract shall apply to all guests, travel agent/tour operator and any other person availing the services of any hotel owned or operated under the brand name Niraamaya Retreats.

This reservation is confirmed subject to you approving that you have carefully read, understood and accepted the aforementioned terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms and conditions, kindly notify the hotel within 2 hours of receiving the confirmation or it shall be deemed to be explicitly accepted by you.
