  • Free cancellation 30 days before the arrival or amend the booking to a future date up to 30th Sep 2023.
  • Date change amendments are accepted up to 15 days before the arrival.
  • A 100% retention charge is applicable if cancelled within 30 days of the arrival. 
  • Amended bookings are not eligible for a refund.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable for No Show/ Cancellations within 30 days before the arrival.
  • Any Refunds, once approved, will attract 10% of bank administration charges.
