Check-in Documentation :

Indian National:

As per Govt. of India regulations, all Indian nationals (adults & children) are required to provide proof of identity such as Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar

Card or Passport, at the time of check–in.

 

Foreign Nationals :

All foreign nationals are required to produce their valid Passports and Visa, at the time of check-in.

 

Occupancy Policy :

• Maximum occupancy per room is 2 people including adults

Deposit & Cancellation Policy:


Standard policy:
 
  • The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
  • Free cancellation and modification are accepted up to 30 days before the Check-in.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within 30 days of the arrival.
  • 100 % retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
  • Refunds will attract 10% of administration charges

 

Super Peak: 20 December to 07 January:
 
  • The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
  • The stay period between 20th December to 07th January are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • A 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or Amended.
  • 100 % retention charges will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.

Force Majeure Clause:
 
  • Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall not charge retention for Any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the Guests, or That part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event
  • However, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall at its own discretion provide the client with a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Niraamaya Retreats. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same
