Standard Policy:

The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival. The Hotel may choose to release non-guaranteed reservations prior to the date of arrival.
Free cancellation and modification will be accepted up to 30 days before the Check-in.
A 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within 30 days of the arrival.
A 100% retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
Refunds will attract 10% of administrative charges.

Cancellation Policy:

The guest shall be charged 10% of the Entire Stay if cancelled after the booking is made.
If cancelled within 30 days of arrival, 100% of the Entire Stay shall be charged.
