General Terms & Conditions / Cancellation Policy

• Check-in: 14:00 HRS, Check-out: 12:00 Noon.
• Early Check in & Late Check out would attract an extra charge of an additional night.
• All disputes are subject to Mahe jurisdiction.
• Rates are inclusive of VAT.
• All guests are required to produce their valid Passports.

• Maximum occupancy is 2 person per room.

Standard Policy:
• The Booking will be confirmed on a 25% advance payment and balance 60 days before the arrival.
• Free cancellation, modification accepted up to 60 days before the Check-in.
• 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within the 60 days of the arrival.
• 100 % retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
• Refunds will attract 10% of administration charges.

Super Peak: 22nd Dec to 03rd Jan
• The Booking will be confirmed on a 100% advance payment and balance 60 days before the arrival.
• Stay period between 22nd Dec to 03rd Jan are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended.
• 100 % retention charges will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.

Force Majeure Clause:
Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall not charge retention for Any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the
Guests, or That part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
However, ‘Niraamaya Retreats’ shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Niraamaya Retreats. The
client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.
