Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

  • The Booking will be confirmed on a 25% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
  • Free cancellation, modification accepted up to 30 days before the Check-in.
  • 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within 60 days of the arrival.
  • 100 % retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.
  • Refunds will attract 10% of administration charges.
